I’m terribly sure that John Kerry and the Democrats will have a wonderful explanation on why they thought it a good idea to hobble the CIA by cutting funding. After all there were no monsters in the closets that the CIA was looking into right? The threat was overblown right? The threat is overblown right? This was a favorite tactic of 60’s radicals 1who declared that the North Vietnamese were no threat, and that communism was no threat. Can the Democrats at least be honest and admit that they are now NOT the party that fought the war to free Europe and the Pacific Rim in WW2 but rather the party that condemned millions in Southeast Asia to death, the party that believes that the US is the biggest threat, the party of the 60’s radicals.
