		<description>Actually it's not ... they did this during OIF 1 with the Marines who died by friendly fire. Plus there is no proof whether or not he died by friendly fire or enemy. Could even be both.

The fact is the Army has already declared him a hero by giving him several medals and a "promotion" in rank after death. 

Plus I'm positive the Ranger unit *knew* beforehand that there was a possibility he could have died by friendly fire, if they were actually there with him.

It's not the first time the military has said this and it won't be the last. The fact is he served his country and we all need to shut up and be proud about it.
