You’re right, it does take a lot of WILLPOWER to kill hundreds of thousands of innocent people. I don’t have that WILLPOWER.I don’t have the WILLPOWER to give up my liberty. I don’t have the WILLPOWER to create collateral damage.I don’t have the WILLPOWER to turn my country into the exact same fanatical mindset you claim we are fighting. I don’t have that kind of willpower

So you would rather lose?

Kill hundreds of thousands of innocent people? Perhaps…there is no telling how war turns out. But if it is a choice between losing or killing everything that the enemy loves to win, I choose winning. The Jihadists are picking on the wrong sorts of people…we love education…we love science…they come from failed societies which cannot produce even the lowly AK-47. They hate women, we do not. We love our children, they strap bombs on theirs.

Deep down we are by far the scariest people on earth. We truly do not want to lose our temper because we know where that will lead and it is a measure of the idiocy of the Jihadists that they do not understand this. The sort of pain we can bring down on them will seem bibilical…it may well be.

You don’t believe this is a choice between death and life, I do and I choose life. If it comes to a choice between my family and my morality then my family will win and I will live with my nightmares.

We live in extreme times…it is sad but we did not get a choice.

A lesson forgotten by many these days. The “fanatical mindset” is not a figment of someone’s imagination, it is clear in the writings and declarations of those who have openly declared war on the west. I understand that there are those here that are not brave enough to face that truth. I pray that they can remain safe and never “have to” face the ugly truth. I only hope that there are enough grown-ups left to fight and win the war. *THERE*. So that we can crush their will. War *is* a battle of wills.
