Paris Hilton loses inheritance

Muhahahahahahaha…….poor little ric… poor girl. My goodness it is about time.

PARTY princess Paris Hilton is $60 million out of pocket after her billionaire grandfather – appalled by her jail term for drink-driving offences – axed her inheritance.

Family patriarch Barron Hilton was already embarrassed by his granddaughter’s wild behaviour – notably when her home sex video was leaked on the internet. But the 79-year-old considered her 23-day sentence last month the last straw.
“He was, and is, extremely embarrassed by how the Hilton name has been sullied by Paris,” says Jerry Oppenheimer, who wrote a biography of the clan called House Of Hilton.

Paris Hilton’s various sex video’s weren’t enough eh Old Man? Maybe her various photos? Debauchery times 4! No that absurd sentence she received for driving while intoxicated that is what pushed you over the edge? I say absurd because anyone else would not have gotten jail time. And I don’t like what she represents.

In most jurisdictions, you may escape jail time for a first time DUI (Driving Undeer the Influence) which may be pled down to DWAI (Driving while Ability Impaired) or its equivalent if it is your first offense; if your driving record is reasonably clean; and if your BAC (Blood Acohol Content) was in the impairedrange as oppsed to the under the influence range.

    As part of her deal, Paris Hilton agreed to a suspension of her driver’s license. Subsequently, she was ticketed for driving DUS (Driving under Suspension) b/c her personal assitant failed to advise her that if she drove DUS, she was going to jail. DUS is automatic, madatory jail time in miost jurisdictions.

    The moral: Don’t drink and drive; if you do drink and drive and get caught, try not to agree to have your DL suspended; if you do have your DL suspended, call a cab.

    So far as the money ois concerned. assuming her father outlives Barron, she’ll collect but she has dough of her own now.
