It simply isn’t possible to parody the man. How do you parody such simplistic idiocy? And this guy was touted as some sort of business leader. I live in Baton Rouge and New Orleans is a big dangerous pit of a mess that isn’t getting any better because no one with a chance of being elected has any idea how to fix it.
