Don’t Ask the Hard Questions about Obama yet…wait a few. Wait till we see the whites of his eyes then unleash all the stories regarding his insane friends and supporters, his Chicago connections, his dirty dealings and his lovely wife….

In the paranoid hateful world of Obama’s pastor and Michelle Obama that title will be racist. It is merely a take off of the old army admonition to soldiers to wait till you cannot miss.

All along this election season it has seemed to me, especially after theDemocrats narrowed it down to Obama and Billary, that we couldn’t lose the Presidency. Now with Obama taking a serious lead it seems even more likely that we will hold on to the Presidency. But we cannot fire prematurely.

Let’s not wake up the Democrats to the idiocy of nominating someone we can destroy so quickly that the nomination of McGovern will seem in comparison a brilliant maneuver. So if it were possible for me to be the leader of the Republicans I would ask our allies to lay back. Let the enemy, and Obama much more than Hillary is an enemy of the United States, be nominated to run against McCain. Then fire broadsides against a man who makes it so easy.

Does the Senator believe, as his revered pastor does (and as that pastor’s congregation apparently does too) that HIV was made in a government lab? Perhaps someone should ask him. Perhaps someone should have been asking this stuff six months ago.

The Corner on National Review Online

So Derb I would say we should be thankful that those questions have not been asked. The longer we wait the surer it becomes that he will be the nominee. With Obama as the nominee then we can have a field day of destroying that America Hater’s chance of winning more than 35% of the vote. The irony will be that McCain, who struggled to win the nomination, will win the biggest landslide in modern American History.

So lets hold our fires guys and gals …for just a few weeks more . Keep your powder dry…wait till we see the whites of the Democrats eye’s. Then we bring up all these uncomfortable positions and statements of his friends. Patience in this is a virtue. Let’s not forget that our goal is winning the White House not winning debating points prior to the real game.
