FITNA Live Leak intimidated by Muslim Hordes…Google to the rescue…

Live Leak had to pull this video because:

“Following threats to our staff of a very serious nature, and some ill informed reports from certain corners of the British media that could directly lead to the harm of some of our staff, Liveleak.com has been left with no other choice but to remove Fitna from our servers. This is a sad day for freedom of speech on the net but we have to place the safety and well being of our staff above all else. We would like to thank the thousands of people, from all backgrounds and religions, who gave us their support. They realised LiveLeak.com is a vehicle for many opinions and not just for the support of one. Perhaps there is still hope that this situation may produce a discussion that could benefit and educate all of us as to how we can accept one anothers culture. We stood for what we believe in, the ability to be heard, but in the end the price was too high.” Brennan

Apparently Google still had it up and I was able to get an English Copy. This video needs to go viral…which it has. But we all need to post it. A point is being made that the Muslims who get upset need to understand. Freedom of speech is paramount to freedom itself. We may not like what we say about each other but we better not force the other guy to shut up.

  1. Honestly Mark I do not support the efforts to bring democracy to the Middle East…which puts me in a wierd spot regarding the continuation of hostilities in Iraq. I want to kill bad guys. So that makes it good. But I don’t want to waste good guys trying to climb the impossible mountain. We will never bring a democracy to the Middle East that is anything other than an empowering tool for the jihadists. They win elections and get legitimacy.

Just look at the idiocy of our State Department in regards to Hamas, FATAH (we even trained their police department, we trained a bunch of terrorists how to be better terrorists). The Bush administration jumped shark a while ago and I have been loath to do anything since then to appear to support them.

Islam does not, never has, never will support equal rights for all…without that Democracy is the most evil tool there is to use against the minorities that it oppresses.

  2. Good point Pierre. I talked to Gordon Johndroe at the White House and he said he wasn’t surprised by the report but didn’t wanna discuss it too much. I’d think they’d be screaming towards the networks.

Any ideas on how we can get the word out more?

  3. Mark with the Bush administration refusing to admit that there were collaborative arrangements between Saddam and Al Qaeda nothing we do will help.

It is terribly disappointing because if the Bush administration actually had made the effort that the Left claims they made to link the two support for the war would be stronger.

  4. Pierre,
What do you make of the new Pentagon report on Saddam/terrorism?
