Wasn't she just defending him against Angelina Jolie's stated indecision over which candidate to support in the fall? As for me, I had been wondering how long before Obama's thin voting record was actually examined. I knew about his stand/votes on abortion months and months ago. It was an obviously purposeful oversight by the media. Perhaps they hoped it'd never come up? Or maybe none of them dared to do any actual investigative reporting - just fawning press pieces.
