If the Republicans even slightly understood the evil morality behind such an awful suggestion they would win elections so far into the future you would have to go to a museum to see a Democrat. But nope, I will bet dollars to donuts the clowns, the stupid party, will not see the opportunity this affords them. Instead we will hear crap from Republicans from the mold of Bush and Romney, about how we need to help all the poor around the world cause we are so fortunate. Not a single Republican will be able to stand up on his hind legs and articulate the reason why it is offensive to suggest that Americans pay a World Tax… Republicans will also probably suggest that we import a few million more poor.
